We take up an assignment only if we know are confident that we have the expertise and the requisite consultant man-hours enough to deliver on what we promise.

Dedicated team for each project/ Client

In-the case of a Greenfield pProject, a dedicated team of consultants is provided to hand picked for the client and is led by a Principal Consultant. Also, For many of our clients who prefer partnering exclusively with Propella for all their positions across India. In such case,, we form a team specifically dedicated to the client to them who that penetrates extremely deep into understanding the client, their products and services, culture, USPs, target markets, competitors and industry analysis and to provide them with market intelligence at all times.
